N O T I C E

Notice is hereby given that a hearing has been set for July 28, 2023 at 10:23 a.m. in the meeting room at Polk County Environmental Services, 320 Ingersoll Ave, Crookston, Minnesota, to consider the application of Dellas Herbel, 41041 150^th Ave SW, Fertile, MN 56540 for a Variance to reduce the setback off the ROW of County Highway 51 from 100’ to 40’ for an addition to an existing house on a parcel described as:  A parcel of land located in the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E½NE¼) of Section Ten (10), Township One Hundred Forty-seven (147) North of Range Forty-five (45) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian according to the United Stated government survey therefore described as follows:  Commencing at the northeast corner of Section 10, which is the point of beginning; thence South on and along the East section line of said Section 10 a distance of 900 feet; thence West and parallel to the North section line of said Section 10 a distance of 575 feet; thence North and parallel to the East section line of said Section 10 a distance of 900 feet to a point which intersects with the North section line of said Section 10; thence East on and along the North section line of said Section 10 to the point of beginning, parcel #48.00048.01.  All property owners within 500 feet of the proposed Variance are invited to appear at said hearing.
