Notice is hereby given that a hearing has been set for July 23, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in the meeting room at Polk County Environmental Services, 320 Ingersoll Ave, Crookston, Minnesota, to consider the application of Richard Roed, 33255 345th Ave SE, Fosston, MN 56542 for a Variance to reduce the setback off the right-of-way of 325th ST SE from 35’to 4’ for the replacement of a grain dryer and for the construction of a new grain bin and the relocation of two existing bins on a parcel of land described as:  The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW¼NE¼), and the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE¼NE¼), and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE¼ NE¼ ), Section Twenty-six (26), Township One Hundred Forty-nine (149) North of Range Forty (40) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, except the following described tract: The East 196 feet of the South 459 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE¼ NE¼) of said Section Twenty-six (26), parcel #38.00150.00.   All property owners within 500 feet of the proposed Variance are invited to appear at said hearing.
