The purpose of foot care is to:
To provide access to low cost foot care services for county residents.
To prevent foot problems for residents unable to care for their own feet.
To promote the importance of personal foot hygiene through education.
To assess and refer clients with foot/toenail problems to primary medical providers and/or podiatrists.
